Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (”Terms”) govern the relationship between KARTHIK R LLC (”Service Provider,” “we,” or “us”) and the client (”Client” or “you”) engaging our ghostwriting and content management services. By paying an invoice or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Scope

We provide professional ghostwriting, content strategy, and social media management services as detailed in your specific proposal or invoice.

Platform Access:
To perform these services, you may grant us access to your social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Substack) and other platforms necessary for content distribution. You agree to provide such access securely.

2. Payment Terms

• Invoicing: Invoices are generated upon agreement of the scope of work.

• Due Date: Payment is Due Upon Receipt. Work commences only after the initial invoice is cleared.

• Late Payment: If payment is not feasible immediately, Client must notify us in writing to arrange an alternative schedule. We reserve the right to pause work if invoices remain unpaid past 7 days.

3. The “Risk-Free” Guarantee & Refunds

We operate on a performance-first basis. Our refund policy is structured to remove your risk while protecting our time.

A. The 20-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new retainer clients, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for the first 20 days of our engagement.

• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, communication, or direction within the first 20 calendar days from the Start Date, you may request a full refund.

• Condition: Upon processing a full refund, all copyright ownership of work produced during this period reverts to KARTHIK R LLC. You may not publish, use, or distribute any drafts or final pieces we created if the fee for them has been refunded.

B. Standard Refund Policy (Post-20 Days)

After the initial 20-day period:

• Services are non-refundable.

• We do not issue refunds for “change of mind” or unused content.

• If we fail to deliver agreed-upon milestones, we will continue working at no additional cost until those specific milestones are met.

4. Revisions & Approvals

We strive for perfection but value efficiency.

• During the First 20 Days: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure we capture your voice and tone perfectly.

• Ongoing Retainers: After the initial period, each content piece includes [2] rounds of comprehensive revisions.

• Additional revisions beyond this scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate, subject to prior discussion.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

• Upon Payment: You (the Client) own the full copyright to all final, approved content once full payment has been received for that specific billing period. You are free to publish, edit, and repurpose this content as you see fit.

• Before Payment / Refunded Work: KARTHIK R LLC retains ownership of all drafts and concepts until payment clears. If a refund is issued, rights to the work remain with us.

6. Liability & Hold Harmless

• Platform Risks: You acknowledge that third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Substack, X, etc.) have their own algorithms and terms. We are not liable for account suspensions, shadow-banning, or algorithmic performance changes resulting from platform updates.

• Content Liability: While we perform due diligence, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. You agree to indemnify and hold KARTHIK R LLC harmless from any legal claims (e.g., libel, defamation) arising from the publication of content we wrote for you that you approved.

7. Termination

• During the Guarantee: You may terminate immediately within the first 20 days for a full refund.

• Standard Notice: After the guarantee period, either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

• Effect of Termination: You remain responsible for payment for all work approved and delivered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Mandatory Testimonial

• Requirement: In exchange for the results generated and/or any promotional pricing provided (including “Founding Member” or “Beta” access), Client agrees to provide a written or video testimonial detailing their experience and results within 14 days of the initial term or guarantee period completion.

• Anonymity Option: If Client requests privacy due to the sensitive nature of their profession (e.g., medical practice), Service Provider agrees to anonymize the testimonial (e.g., “Dr. S, Cardiologist”) for public marketing use.
